Grants and fellowships awarded to students in the Read Lab

Three graduate students in the Read Lab have recently received grants and fellowships.

Joy Stanistreet received a prestigious National Defense Science and Engineering Graduate (NDSEG) Fellowship. This fellowship will support Joy for three years by covering her Ph.D. tuition and stipend.

Two graduate students received Animal Behavior Society Grants: Kenady Wilson received an Animal Behavior Society Student Research Grant and Meagan Dunphy-Daly received the Amy R. Samuels Cetacean Behavior and Conservation Award. These grants will be used to support research costs.
